1) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 3 days of delivery date. Email us at email@example.com.
After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. We have 3 days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made and fit you!
2) Please include your order number and explain why you want to return and include photos or video.
3)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:
a）Photos of the package you send back;
b) Tracking number;
PS:All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume.Or we can not refund.

4) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.
PS: As for the return shipping cost, you had to pay for it by yourself.
We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged.
And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back)
1)For wedding apparel and special occasion dresses (prom dresses, homecoming dresses.etc ):
Orders canceled within 72 hours since paid will get full refund.
Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 80% refund of total amount.
Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.
2)For clothes,accessories etc.
Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.
